I wondered if it's only possible to see leopards at Yala National Park? I don't want to go there because it's too busy and in my opinion that kills the atmosphere. Or are there others National parks where you can see leopards.

Wilpattu known to be having the highest number of Leopards, it is also the biggest wild life park in Sri Lanka so they are known to be spread around. Hence even guides only get to see them one a year if lucky. Wilpattu hosts around 50 leopards, the best time to visit is during the months of February and October

Yala is best for Leopards, they have a high spot rate for seeing Leopards, as they are known to be around one area. Yala hosts around 45 leopards, some of which are fairly bold for this normally secretive cat.
